Legal Entity
Vital Capacity is a Certified Public Accounting  and Organization Development firm whose office is stationed on 6th Floor, Devan Plaza, Westlands, Nairobi. The firm was founded on 12th October 2012 and has since established a tradition of excellence, integrity, innovation and individualized service. Vital Capacity provides Accounting, Tax Management, Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Warehousing and Inventory Management, Financial Management, and Business Planning services to MSME businesses, NGOs, networks and individuals.


The success of the firm is dependent upon its professional staff. It is our intent to successfully serve our clients by having employees who possess the capabilities, competence and commitment to ethical principles necessary to ensure that engagements performed by the firm are in accordance with professional standards and regulatory and legal requirements. Managing Director

Hellen has an MBA in Finance, a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant. She also holds certificates in HR Management and is a Certified ISO:9001 Lead Auditor. Hellen has 23 years of experience working and leading Finance and HR departments and Consulting in Finance, HR, Tax Advisory and Operations. Her roles include sales and marketing, client engagement, staff oversight and management and quality control.

Lydia Emali

Finance and Administration

Lydia Emali holds a Bachelor of Commerce in accounting and is CPA K. Lydia has three years’ experience in accounting and is highly skilled in general accepted principles of accounting, KRA processes and procedures, payroll administration, tax administration and working with accounting systems .  She supports clients in Accounting, taxation services, Accounting software training and implementation and Payroll management functions.

Brenda Otieno

Finance and Administration

Brenda Otieno holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. Brenda has three years experience and is a whizz at processing complex accounting transactions, processing and submission of statutory returns including VAT, and payroll returns, training client employees in accounting. She supports the HR and Finance function as well as supporting clients in finance and accounting and in carrying out payroll functions.

Finance and Administration

Keziah Gitu holds a bachelor’s degree in Bachelors of Science in entrepreneurship with four years’ experience in accounting. She is a consummate professional accountant who is highly skilled in financial, accounting and office administrative functions. She supports clients in Accounting, Office administration, payroll management services.

Finance and Administration

Daniel Njoroge is an accounting professional with three years of relevant professional experience and who has a thorough knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, advanced knowledge of computerized accounting systems, very good experience in working with payroll and statutory deductions and good experience working with KRA in VAT, PAYE and other tax matters.

Winny Chirchir is an accounting professional with eight years of relevant professional experience and who has a wealth of knowledge of accounting principles, advanced knowledge of accounting systems including Sage, very good experience in working with regular and casual employee HR management systems and payrolls and statutory deductions and good experience working with KRA and other tax matters.
